The SAP guy who started in recording studios.
Dimitrios “Jim” Kyriazis is the founder of World Class Consultants and a senior SAP consultant and solution architect with deep expertise in Sales and Distribution, Order-to-Cash, and the realities of enterprise delivery.
Jim did not begin in consulting. He began in music technology and sound engineering, working in recording studios and on music productions—work that demanded close listening, attention to detail, and a final result that actually held together.
In 2001, that path turned toward SAP. What followed was a career spent inside real programmes across Europe and Australia: designing solutions, configuring systems, untangling integrations, supporting cutovers, and staying involved when the theoretical process met production reality.
His centre of gravity remains SAP SD and Order-to-Cash—from pricing, sales orders and delivery through billing, integration and architecture. The perspective is broader now: S/4HANA, clean core, SAP BTP, practical extensions, and the careful use of AI to improve how consulting work is delivered.
World Class Consultants grew from a simple conviction: senior expertise should remain close to the work. Good architecture must survive contact with implementation. Useful tools should emerge from real delivery friction. And nobody should hide behind a slide deck when the system has to go live.
